HAYLEY BIDDLE

General Manager and competitive Masters SINGLE SCULLER

Hayley brings energy, dedication and a genuine passion for people to her role at CHHPC. A competitive Masters single sculler and emerging rowing coach, she has supported Chris Holliday's vision from the very beginning, helping build a positive, professional and athlete-focused environment across all disciplines of rowing.

Hayley is the General Manager at CHHPC and has been part of its journey since its inception. Working closely with Chris, she oversees administration, IT, website development, athlete communications, travel coordination, merchandise and branding. Always eager to embrace new challenges, she enjoys expanding her skills and contributing to CHHPC's continued growth.  Alongside her role at CHHPC, Hayley is also the Office Administrator at KAND Rowing Club, further strengthening her involvement in the rowing community and high-performance athlete development.

A World Rowing Masters Champion and multiple-year Queensland State Masters Champion in the single scull, Hayley remains an accomplished and actively competitive Masters rower. Chris Holliday has been, and continues to be, her rowing coach. She trains and competes regularly, enjoying the privilege of single sculling most mornings on the beautiful Nerang River, launching directly from her own backyard.

More recently, Hayley has developed a keen interest in rowing coaching, learning under Chris's mentorship and guidance. She holds Rowing Australia's Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and looks forward to further developing her technical knowledge, practical experience and coaching skills in the years ahead.

Beyond rowing, Hayley has a strong interest in strength and conditioning, performance nutrition and recovery strategies for high-performance athletes. She enjoys continually learning and exploring ways to enhance athletic performance and wellbeing.

Beyond her professional and sporting pursuits, Hayley's greatest pride is her three daughters, who remain at the centre of her world. A dedicated and hands-on mother, she has always taken an active role in their lives, supporting and guiding them as they pursue their individual ambitions. Her two eldest daughters are currently undertaking university studies, with interests spanning law, commerce and medicine, while her youngest is preparing to commence university next year, with aspirations in advanced finance and economics. Their academic journeys span universities across Queensland and Victoria, and watching them develop into accomplished, independent young women remains one of her greatest sources of pride.

Known for her enthusiasm, determination and strong work ethic, Hayley thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches every opportunity with energy and commitment. Balancing family, competitive rowing and her roles at CHHPC and KAND, she enjoys being part of a community that supports athletes and helps them achieve their potential.
